SHIPPING TIMELINES
Orders placed before 2:00pm PST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will typically ship on the next business day. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST to guarantee same day shipment and next day delivery.
Standard ground shipments typically arrive in 1-6 business days. Express options are also available. Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for products that are unused, untinted, undamaged, and in their original condition. Because tinted and custom-made paints are produced specifically for each order, they are not eligible for return.
Defective products may also be returned within 45 days. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility. Shipping damage, freezing, and lost or stolen packages are handled separately under our shipping policy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international shipments, your order will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes.
